My Journey

 I’m Monica Blazic
I’d say sensitive. The kind of sensitive that feels everything—rooms, rhythms, moods, energy, colour, scent. As a child, I was fascinated by nature, spirituality, and the quiet magic of a well-designed space. Later in life, I discovered I’m a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and neurodiverse—and everything clicked. From what seemed like my challenge, my sensitivity became my compass—my superpower—and eventually, my offering.

Over the past fifteen years, I’ve poured that sensitivity into one new build, three major renovations, and countless sacred spaces while being a full-time mother for nearly a decade. I learned how to express beauty from my soul. Today, I live a slower, simpler life in my farmhouse and sustainable property on the Sunshine Coast hinterland of Queensland, Australia.

"Grounded by ritual, inspired by nature, created for you"

I grew up navigating chronic inflammation, recurring sinus and ear infections, asthma, OCD, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. I would later come to understand that my body had been speaking in symptoms long before I had the tools to listen. As a teenager, I was prescribed antidepressants for burnout linked to undiagnosed neurodiversity, and the contraceptive pill due to a PCOS diagnosis. In early adulthood, overwhelmed by weight fluctuations and chronic health challenges, I even underwent weight loss surgery in my early 20’s which was ineffective as my body rejected it and I had it removed.  Today at 35, I now live in the fittest, most appreciated body I’ve ever known—with the calmest, most balanced skin I’ve had since I was a child.

"Beauty, Grounded in Ritual"

After a year of infertility, I fell pregnant with my first daughter in my mid 20’s. Her birth was the realisation of so much I had longed for. It was an awakening. During her first year of life, I designed and we built our second home—crafted entirely to my specifications. The layout, the space, the tones, the lightness—everything about that home became a quiet but powerful tool for healing. It gave me the simplicity I needed to focus on my health, my wellbeing, and my first sacred formulations.

I began to simplify everything: what I ate, what I used on my skin, what I welcomed into my space. I immersed myself in learning—about gut health, hormonal balance, whole foods, cooking, aromatherapy, sustainability, Eastern medicine, yoga, intuition, and energy.

"A Divine Offering for Everybody at Every Age in Every Form"

By the time my second child arrived, the contrast between my pregnancies was undeniable—and only further fuelled my devotion to natural living and the conscious choices I was making.
I realised that healing isn’t just physical. I truly believe beauty comes from the way we care for ourselves inside and out with our choices of nourishment, our environment, the way we live, healthy boundaries and the quality of our inner and outer dialogue towards ourselves and in turn others. Balance isn’t something we find—it’s something we allow. That’s the art of living.

Growing up, beauty was something conditional. It was based on stereotypes and impossible credentials. It came through opinions shaped by fear, shame, and insecurity. Beauty was something to long for—but only a chosen few were allowed to claim it. I realised: this is no way to live.
When I became a mother, I made a silent vow—never would my children grow up seeing themselves through that lens or face the same confusion I did. I would not pass that down. In this, a gratitude, a devotion—to self-love, sustainability, natural beauty. I chose to cherish my body, to do the best I could with what I had, to love the version of myself I was in, while holding space for the version I was becoming, and honouring the versions I had been along the way. The curious, loyal, compassionate love I had given to others—I also now give to myself. Self-care and my skin oil became my way to transmit pain into beauty. A ritual with self, a way to nourish my skin that felt sacred and gave me the best skin of my life. It returned my confidence and honoured my values through something so potent and pure.

"Created with love for skin, spirit, and Earth"

Now, I live and create through the lens of sustainability. To me, sustainability is how we use our energy, time, and money, and whether those choices align with our values, not just for today, but for the life that we want to create long-term.

It’s about asking the deeper questions:

Where is my time going?

Who am I empowering with my money?

Do my daily choices nourish me—or deplete me?

Are they aligned with the life I’m here to live?

And what lessons am I passing on to my children? Will they serve them well?
